Wow - this blogger world is complicated!

Took me a long time to find the dashboard so I could post this message. Its September 18, 2007 had a great time last week at the Sally Jean Alexander workshop and made a spooky little Halloween house - picture will be posted soon! Took the class with my favorite artist and bestest friend Kris. Got my first burn from a soldering iron - scars to be proud of!! This is my favorite time of year with the cooler weather and the beautiful angle of the sun and leaves turning scarlet, orange and yellow. Next week - 25th wedding anniversary - have now been married half of my life. Has made me nostalgic, thinking about the past 25 years, the good, the bad, the ups and downs. Learned today about cognitive disabilities and that you learn things attached to specific situations, etc. and that routines learned with a partner over time can escape you when that partner is ill, or has died - so you literally can't remember the routine because the person you have practiced it around and with is no longer there. Fascinating. Glad I married John, but may need to keep an eye on those things I do which are routine with him present - so I can be mindful of not losing them.
